Baked zucchini with minced meat
ingredients
1 kg minced meat (beef or pork) 250 g grated cheese salt, ground red pepper for sprinkling 3 pcs spicy sausage 1 kg potatoes 2 pcs onions 2 pcs zucchini 2 pcs carrots

This recipe is an amazing Sunday lunch that I’m sure everyone will love.
1.
Fry the minced meat in a frying pan. Season with red pepper salt to taste. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Punch out the roast, and place the fried meat inside. You can also put sausage on top of the meat to taste.

Place in the oven at 190 degrees. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.

Clean, chop and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning. Add chopped onion and carrots. Bake until golden and crispy.
5.
After removing the zucchini from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and eat.
