2 kg young zucchini 100 g hard cheese 150 g bryndza 150 ml sour cream salt ground black pepper 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg olive oil

A perfect summer dinner or lunch without meat.
1.
Cube the young zucchini with the skin on. Simmer covered in a little oil for 20 minutes, drain and place in a casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper and add nutmeg.

Layer the bryndza and sour cream.
3.
Align and sprinkle with grated cheese.
4.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 st. C.
