1. Rinse the beans, cover them with clean water, leave them to soak overnight, boil them the next day and drain them
2. Put the cooked beans, peas, corn, cleaned, sliced leek and cleaned, sliced red pepper into a bowl 3. Fry the peeled, finely chopped onion in hot oil, add the chopped English bacon, cook it and then mix it all in with the beans
4. Add ketchup, sour cream, finely grated Emmental, salt, pepper, mix and transfer to baking dishes
5. Put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 °C (about 40 minutes).
