Baked Vegetable Recipes, sausage and potatoes with chubrica

Pre-cooked potatoes baked under the grill with bacon, sausage, onions, peppers and a mixture of spices, topped with beaten eggs.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Cut the potatoes cooked almost tender into smaller pieces
2. Melt the lard in a roasting pan and put in the Vegetable Recipes and sausage cut into small pieces
3. Grill under the top grill set to medium for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Then sprinkle with spices and stir again gently
5. Pour in salted eggs
6. Turn the grill down to minimum and when the eggs are set, serve with vegetable salad, mustard, etc.
