Baked trout

2 pcs trout fillets olive oil ground black pepper salt lemon zest

Wash and pat dry the trout fillets

Place them in a baking dish, skin side down.

3.

Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and finally grate the lemon zest.

4.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.

Serve with salad or butter potatoes.
