Baked trout with almonds

4 pcs trout 1 tbsp plain flour 3 tbsp oil 100 g almonds 1 pcs lemon to taste salt
procedure
1. Wash the cleaned trout, dry, salt, dust with flour and bake in hot oil until soft. 2. In the oil in which we baked the trout, fry the steamed, peeled and chopped almonds. Sprinkle the finished trout with the almonds, drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
