Baked tomatoes with blue cheese and rocket

Halves of fresh tomatoes stuffed with chopped ham, sterilized corn, seasoned with ground pepper and sprinkled with blue cheese. Baked and served with rocket leaves.

Ingredients:

For 3 servings: 6 pcs medium sized ripe firm tomatoes 150 g ham 100 g blue cheese 12 tsp sterilised corn arugula leaves ground pepper

Procedure:

1. Wash and halve the tomatoes
2. Put a teaspoon of chopped ham, a teaspoon of corn and pepper in each half
3. Sprinkle the surface with blue cheese (niva, gorgonzola, etc.)
4. Bake for about 25-30 minutes in the oven at 180 °C
5. Sprinkle with arugula leaves and serve immediately with dark bread.
