Baked tomato with cheese

Rounds of tomatoes seasoned with crushed garlic and olive oil, garnished with chopped basil, baked with cheese.

Procedure:
1. Cut washed and dried tomatoes into rounds, always stack 1-2 tomato slices together on a baking sheet or in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil
2. Spread a little crushed garlic on the individual portions, top with cubed cheese and sprinkle with chopped basil
3. Bake the dish briefly in an oven heated to 170-180 °C
4. Serve the tomatoes baked in this way with toasted bread.
