Baked sweet potato

ingredients

1 pk sweet potato a little crushed cumin to taste salt 1 tsp olive oil

procedure

1.

Wash the sweet potato, or sweet potato as it is most commonly called, thoroughly, cut into cubes or rounds.

2.

Place them in a baking dish, sprinkle with crushed cumin, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with olive oil

3.

Flavoured and mixed, put them in the oven to bake. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 – 15 min.

4.

Serve the sweet potato as a side dish with the meat or on its own as you choose.
