Baked stuffed carp

250 g pork shoulder 1 pk egg 80 g ground walnuts 1 pk bun 100 ml milk to taste salt a little crushed cumin 1 clove garlic a little motherwort

1. Gut the carp and remove the scales. Then wash it, dry it with a towel, salt it and sprinkle it with ground black pepper. 2. For the stuffing, mince the meat, add the egg, chopped nuts, crumbled bread crumbs moistened with milk, crushed garlic, salt, cumin and motherwort. Mix everything together thoroughly. 3. Fill the belly cavity of the carp with the stuffing, sew it together, place the carp on a greased baking tray, brush with oil and bake in a moderately heated oven. 4. Brush the carp repeatedly with oil during baking. Serve drizzled with lemon juice.
