Baked sausages with cheese

Crackers filled with mustard and cheese, wrapped in bacon, baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the sausages about two-thirds of the way down the length, brush the inside with mustard, season with pepper
2. Put slices of cheese cut into the cuts so that they do not protrude
3. Secure the sausage with toothpicks and wrap each with a slice of bacon, which we also secure with a toothpick
4. Place the sausages on a greased baking sheet (not completely close together) and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C.
