Baked salmon with Vegetable Recipes
ingredients
2 salmon 1 pinch salt 1 tbsp lemon juice a little butter 300 g mixed Vegetable Recipes (baby carrots, green beans)
procedure
1. Wash the salmon, dry it, season with salt and let it stand for a while. Cook over steam for about 15 minutes. Before serving, drizzle with lemon juice. 2. Fry the mixed Vegetable Recipes in a pan in hot butter until crisp, then set aside to keep them nice and crisp.
