Baked roast beef with cottage cheese remoulade

This dish is especially designed and suitable for reduction dieters and for dieters who want to indulge in good food at Christmas.

Ingredients:

500 g of roasted roast beef 1 tbsp lettuce leaf For the remoulade: 200 g of soft non-fat cottage cheese 1 piece small sweet and sour cucumber 1 pc small onions 1/8 l milk 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped chives 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped dill a little water ground pepper salt Supplement: 600 g of small boiled potatoes

Procedure:

1. Push the cottage cheese through a sieve into a bowl
2. Add the prepared herbs, finely diced cucumber and onion to the cottage cheese
3. Season with salt and pepper, add milk and a little water if necessary and mix the mixture creamy, serve the remoulade separately in a sauce pan
4. Now cut the roasted roast beef into thin slices, arrange them neatly on a heated dish and garnish with a lettuce leaf garnished with a spoonful of grated horseradish.

Recommendation:

Supplemented with boiled potatoes and the above-mentioned cottage cheese remoulade.
