Baked rhubarb with monkfish recipe
Rhubarb
4 servings 600 g rhubarb, thinly sliced into 6 & 8 cm pieces 1 tbsp icing sugar 40 g fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped 1 pk green chilli, chopped 2 pks oranges, preferably of organic quality 150 g of granulated sugar 150 ml apple cider vinegar 2 pks. large carrots, grated or thinly sliced 0,50 l peanut oil for frying 4 pcs. 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp mano slo cold 80 g of chard small leaves salt
Procedure for the recipe
1 Sprinkle the rhubarb pieces with sugar and bake in a preheated oven at 100 degrees C for about 30-40 minutes.
