Simple recipe to eat healthy and fast.

First, clean your pumpkin, get rid of the flesh and skin.

Slice the pumpkin into the smallest possible parts and grate it.

Add all the ingredients to the grated pumpkin and mix. Make small pancakes and place them on a baking sheet (you can also use parchment paper, but you don’t have to).

Place the pancakes in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 40 minutes.
