Baked potatoes with Vegetable Recipes

500 g potatoes 4 pcs tomato 1 pcs zucchini 200 g hard cheese 250 g sour cream to taste salt, ground black pepper 1 sprig of thyme
procedure
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into rounds and boil them in boiling water with a little salt until semi-soft. Drain them and let them cool. Meanwhile, peel the tomatoes by pouring boiling water over them, then put them in cold water and the skin will come off better. Just cut the zucchini into smaller pieces. 2. Line a baking dish with the potatoes and remaining Vegetable Recipes. Season with salt and pepper and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Then mix the cheese with the cream and pour this mixture over the Vegetable Recipes, sprinkle everything with thyme. Bake for a further 15 minutes.
