Baked potatoes with stuffing

ingredients

3 pcs potatoes 1 pcs onion 1 pcs bell pepper 50 g Eidam cheese 50 g green beans 50 g leek 1 tbsp oil pepper white ground salt

step

1. Clean the potatoes and boil them in the skin until semi-soft. Let them cool a little, then cut them in half and carefully hollow them out. 2. cut the bottom part of the potatoes lightly so that they stand up better. Chop the onion and fry it in the oil, add the chopped Vegetable Recipes and the inside of the potatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Sauté until everything is soft. Fill the hollowed out potatoes with the mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 5 to 10 minutes at 180°C.
