Baked potatoes with smoked meat and milk

1 kg potatoes 60 g lard 40 g onion 200 g smoked meat 2 dl milk 2 pcs egg to taste salt, water

1. Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into rounds. Place some of them in a greased baking dish, season with salt, sprinkle with chopped onion fried in lard, cooked and chopped meat and chopped egg. 2. Alternate the layers so that the last one is potatoes. Pour over the egg beaten in milk and bake.
