Baked potatoes with salami

Heavier slices of boiled potatoes layered with salami, baked in the oven until golden brown.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the potatoes in their skins until almost tender, then peel them and cut them into thicker slices when cooled
2. Place the potato slices on the bottom of the baking dish, salt, pepper and drizzle with fat
4. Next, put a layer of salami on top of the potatoes and potatoes on top of it again and alternate the layers, the last layer being potatoes

Recommendation:
Serve the potatoes baked in this way with salads or pickles.
