Baked potatoes with rosemary
ingredients
800 g potatoes 3 tbsp olive oil 4 sprigs rosemary a little coarse salt

Put the washed potatoes in their skins to boil in boiling salted water. Boil for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Then cut the potatoes into smaller pieces, place on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and place in a preheated oven at 180 °C. Place small sprigs of rosemary on top of the potatoes. Bake for about 50 minutes.
