1 kg potatoes 1 tbsp dried basil 2 tbsp olive oil 1 bunch fresh rosemary 1 tbsp salt
step
1. Toss them with salt and dried basil. 2. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper or foil. Drizzle them with oil and place the rosemary on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C until golden.
