Baked potatoes with red cabbage

2 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 700 g red sweet cabbage 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp worchester sauce 3 pk egg pk minced chilli 1 pk mozzarella 4 pk potato pk salt
procedure
1. Fry the onion in oil and add the thinly sliced red cabbage. 2. Add 1 tbsp sugar and sauté for 10 minutes. 3. Pour in soy and worchester sauce. 4. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, slice thinly, season with salt and drizzle lightly with oil. 5. Layer the potatoes on the bottom of the baking dish and place the cabbage on top. Bake covered for 20 minutes. 6. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the chilli and add the grated mozzarella. 7. Pour the egg-cheese mixture over the pre-baked cabbage and bake in the oven for another 20 minutes (no longer covered). 8. Let cool slightly and serve. Enjoy!
