Baked potatoes with parmesan and quick sauce

ingredients

700 g potatoes 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 tbsp dried garlic 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp salt 50 g parmesan cheese a little ground black pepper

Paradaiko sauce

1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp plain flour 1 KL sweet ground paprika 250 ml passé tomatoes 1 KL granulated sugar to taste salt, ground black pepper

Quick, cheap and tasty!

Wash the potatoes and cut them into larger cubes (with the skin on).

Add oil, garlic, oregano, salt, parmesan cheese and also freshly ground black pepper to the potatoes.

Toss everything and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: in a saucepan, melt the flour in hot oil and add the ground paprika.

Then add the passé tomatoes and let it boil.

Finally, season the sauce with sugar, salt and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.

Decorate the potatoes with chopped parsley and serve with the cooled sauce.
