Baked potatoes with onion and garlic sauce

Osminky new potatoes with onion slices coated in lard. Baked until golden brown and served with spicy sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash and cut the potatoes into eighths
2. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges
3. Melt the lard and throw in the potatoes and onions
4. When the Vegetable Recipes are coated, transfer them to a baking dish, add salt and pepper
5. Bake in the oven at 190 °C until golden brown
6. Sauce: crush the garlic and add to the sour cream
7. Salt and cool
8. Serve the hot finished potatoes with the garlic sauce.
