Baked potatoes with mushrooms

750 g potatoes 250 g mushrooms 60 g lard 80 g onion 20 g butter 2 dl milk 1 egg to taste salt, cumin, ground black pepper
step
1. Boil the potatoes in the skin, peel and cut into rounds. Clean, wash and chop the mushrooms. Fry chopped onion in lard, add chopped mushrooms, season with salt, ground cumin, ground pepper and simmer until soft. 2. Grease a fireproof dish, put half of the potatoes in it, spread the mushrooms over them and cover with the other potatoes. Put the butter on top and bake in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven, pour in the milk in which you have scrambled the egg and a little salt, place in the oven and finish baking.
