Baked Potatoes with Gotha

Baked potato slices with gothai and onion, topped with seasoned oil and sprinkled with cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash, peel and thinly slice the potatoes, boil them in boiling salted water and drain
2. Cut the peeled onion into rounds and mix the ground sweet paprika with olive oil, a pinch of salt and ground pepper
3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and if you have a hot oven, prepare 2 baking trays at once
4. Divide the potato slices, gothaje and onion rings into 4 parts and alternately layer them on the prepared baking sheets in two circles, pour 1 tablespoon of seasoned oil over each portion, sprinkle with finely grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.
