Baked potatoes with French-style sauce

1 kg potato 3 tbsp oil salt
Smear
2 cloves garlic 90 ml oil 3 tbsp dijon mustard 3 tbsp cider vinegar 3 tbsp young onion
steps
1. Wash the potatoes and cut into quarters. Coat with oil and salt. Leave to rest for 2 hours. 2. Mix vinegar, mustard, pressed garlic and onion. 3. Turn the potatoes onto a baking sheet and bake at 220 degrees for 20-30 minutes. 4. Transfer them to a bowl and toss with the sauce. 5. Serve warm as a side dish with meat.
