Cooked potatoes baked until golden brown with cabbage, sausage, bacon and onion.

1. Boil the potatoes in boiling salted water, peel and cut into rounds
2. Cut the cabbage into noodles and boil in salted water, drain and leave to drain
3. Fry the bacon cut into cubes in hot fat, add the peeled, finely chopped onion, sliced sausage, mix and fry
4. Then stir in the cooked cabbage, season with pepper, cumin and mix
5. Place half of the sliced potatoes in a greased and breadcrumb-lined baking dish, add salt, spread the prepared cabbage mixture over them, cover everything with the second layer of potatoes, which we salt and season with ground pepper 6.
