Baked potatoes with broccoli and roasted meat

ingredients

900 g potatoes 1 pk onions 1 pk broccoli 2 pk carrots 3 pk garlic 300 sprigs pork 200 ml passé tomatoes 1 pk smoked tofu cheese 100 ml rice milk 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 pk egg salt barbecue seasoning oil

procedure

Fry the onion in the oil and add the meat and fry for about 5 minutes.

Then add the passé tomatoes and 1 tbsp of soy sauce.

Finally, stir in the chopped broccoli florets and sliced carrots.

Wipe the baking dish with oil, place half of the potatoes on the bottom and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning.

Layer the mixture from the pan and finally place the other half of the potatoes, again sprinkle with barbecue seasoning.

Pour 0.5dl of water over everything, cover and put in the oven at 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk together 100ml of rice milk and pour it into the bowl where you grated the tofu cheese. Stir one egg into the mixture.

When the potatoes are soft, pour the tofu-milk mixture over them and put them back in the oven for about 10-15 mins.

Let cool a bit and serve. Enjoy!
