Cooked and baked potatoes topped with mushrooms and served with cottage cheese dip.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Wash the potatoes and boil them in the skin for about 20 minutes
2. Rinse, clean and halve the mushrooms, heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it for about 5 minutes, add salt, pepper and marjoram before finishing
3. Peel the cooked potatoes, halve them and place them in the bottom of the baking dish, sprinkle them with the finished mushrooms, cubed mozzarella and bake them on a hot grill
