Baked pork belly with paprika crust

Whole roasted pork belly sprinkled with salt mixed with hot and sweet paprika.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Remove the rib bones from the pork belly with a thin knife, then spread them out on the bottom of the baking dish and place the meat skin side down on them
2. Pour a little broth over the meat and put it in the oven heated to 190 °C to bake, basting the meat occasionally with the juices
4. Bake for at least 30 minutes, until the skin of the meat is soft enough to be easily pierced with a fork
5. At this stage, turn the meat over, cut the skin into narrow strips with a knife (the knife cut should not go into the meat), dry the cut skin with a paper towel and sprinkle the surface with a millimetre layer of salt mixed with sweet and hot paprika, bake again, baste the meat from the bottom occasionally while baking
6. Slice the baked meat and serve with variously prepared potatoes.
