Baked pasta with mushrooms

ingredients

30 dkg kneads 6 dkg butter 3 pcs egg 2 dl cream 40 dkg mushrooms 3 dkg lard 40 dkg onion 4 dkg onion to taste salt, ground black pepper, cumin, parsley

1. Boil the knuckles in salted water until tender. Put the washed mushrooms in the lard with the onion, season with salt and pepper, add caraway seeds and parsley, simmer until soft. 2. Mix butter with egg yolks, add cooked pasta, stewed mushrooms, cream and egg white snow. Mix everything together, season with salt to taste, place in a greased and breadcrumb-lined dish and bake for about 30 – 45 minutes. The top can also be sprinkled with grated cheese.
