Baked pasta with cream and mushroom mixture
Cooked pasta mixed with mushroom mixture flavored with cream, sprinkled with grated cheese, baked in the oven.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until tender, drain and leave to drain
2. Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and chop the peeled garlic cloves finely
3. Stir the cream into the mushroom mixture, add half of the finely grated cheese, salt and pepper, pour over the cooked pasta and mix
5. Transfer the pasta and sauce to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese, place in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake for about 7 minutes.
Recommendation:
The cream can be replaced with ricotta or sour cream.
