Baked pancakes with nuts and figs

Pancake batter
800 ml milk 4 pcs egg 1 pinch salt 400 g spelt plain flour
filling
150 g nuts 25 g sugar 100 g figs 200 ml milk 4 pk egg yolks 1 packet cinnamon sugar
Snow
4 pk egg whites 1 KL sugar 1 pinch salt
step
1. Whisk the eggs, sugar, salt and flour in the milk. 2. Make pancakes with the batter, spread with jam and roll up. 3. Cut the rolled pancakes into approx. 3 cm pieces and place them in a baking dish. 4. Make the filling: Heat the milk, add a packet of cinnamon sugar, ground nuts, chopped figs. 5. Stir in the rum and finally stir in the egg yolks. 6. Pour this filling over the pancakes and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. 7. Then beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar. Layer on the pre-baked pancakes and bake in the oven also at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 8. Cool gently and serve 🙂 Enjoy!
