Baked pancakes with minced meat

Salty pancakes, filled with minced meat and other ingredients. A great recipe for a tasty hot appetizer.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 400 g of mince 180 g semi-coarse flour 500 ml of whipping cream 300 ml 300 mlmilk 1 bunch of young onions 2 tbspgrated hard cheese 2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp veggies 3 pcs eggplant 2 pcs coloured peppers 1 pk leek oil for frying pancakes ground pepper salt

Procedure:

  • From milk, 1 egg, flour and salt, make a smooth batter for pancakes, let it rest for a while.
  • On a frying pan coated with oil, cook weak pancakes on both sides.
  • Clean and cut the onions, peppers and leeks into pieces, fry the Vegetable Recipes briefly in olive oil, add the minced meat to the Vegetable Recipes and stir fry, season the mixture with salt and pepper, let cool slightly.
  • Fill the pancakes with the prepared mixture, roll up and arrange in a baking dish.
  • Whisk the remaining eggs in the cream, add chopped herbs, vegeta, grated cheese, pour over the pancakes, bake the dish in a preheated oven at 190 °C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
