Baked pancakes with cottage cheese

Cesto:
500 ml milk 2 pcs egg 240 g semi-coarse flour 1 tbsp granulated sugar a little oil 1 pinch salt a little butter
Filling:
250 g soft cottage cheese 1 pk egg 2 tbsp caster sugar 2 tbsp raisins 1 tbsp lemon zest 1 packet vanilla sugar
Dipping cream:
250 ml sour cream 100 ml milk 2 pk egg

1. In a bowl, mix the milk, eggs, flour, sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix a smooth batter without lumps, let it stand for 20 minutes and make pancakes on a hot greased griddle. 2. In the meantime, prepare the cottage cheese filling. In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, granulated and vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Fill the pancakes with the cottage cheese filling and place them side by side in a greased baking dish. 3. Beat the eggs and mix with the sour cream and milk. Pour this sauce over the pancakes, place them in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
