Procedure:
Mix the flakes with the beaten egg, ricotta, and milk to form a porridge-like mass.
Add the spices, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olives, ham and salt.
Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
Supplement with a handful of fresh spinach or arugula, quail eggs, chopped tomatoes, red onion or whatever is to taste or in season and serve.
