Baked oatmeal with sun-dried tomatoes and ricotta

Healthy lifestyle is a matter that affects everyone in some way nowadays. Try this recipe for a healthy snack or dinner from Emco.

Ingredients:

Rule for 2 servings: 100 g of Emco Oatmeal 100 g 200 ml of milk (can be plant-based) 1 pk eggs Italian herbs to taste fat to deglaze salt To garnish: about 6 pcs of sun-dried tomatoes about 10 pcs olives 3 pcs sliced ham or bacon Other: 1 handful of fresh spinach or arugula sliced tomatoes quail eggs onions

Procedure:

  • Mix the flakes with the beaten egg, ricotta, and milk to form a porridge-like mass.
  • Add the spices, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, olives, ham and salt.
  • Place in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Supplement with a handful of fresh spinach or arugula, quail eggs, chopped tomatoes, red onion or whatever is to taste or in season and serve.
