Baked mushrooms with potatoes

250 g mushrooms 500 g potatoes 200 ml whipping cream 1 pk onions 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp thyme 200 g cheese salt ground black pepper 1 tbsp ground chilli

Potatoes, mushrooms and cheese in a delicate meatless dish…

Slice the potatoes and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and thyme.

Fry the onions in the oil.

Add the washed and sliced mushrooms and simmer over a gentle heat for 10 minutes.

Grease a casserole dish with butter and arrange the potatoes. Layer the stewed mushrooms on top. Bake like this under a lid for 30 minutes at 250 degrees.

Then in a bowl mix the whipping cream, egg, cheese and sprinkle everything with 1 KL of chili.

Pour the prepared cream on top of the mushrooms and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

After baking, let cool slightly and serve. Enjoy!
