Baked mushrooms on cream
ingredients
300 g mushrooms 100 g butter 1 cl cognac 1 tbsp sweet cream 50 g grated cheese 1 pk egg yolk to taste juice of half a lemon, salt
procedure
1. Saute the sliced mushrooms in half the butter until semi-soft. Season with salt, add cognac and cream and simmer until tender. Place everything in a greased bowl. 2. In a bowl, mash the rest of the butter with the egg yolk, whisk in the water bath and add the lemon juice. Pour the finished sauce over the mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until golden.
