Baked muesli with banana and nuts

Healthy sweet treat from the oven prepared with oatmeal, almonds, dried banana, raisins, chicory syrup …

Ingredients:

150 g oatmeal 50 g Flora 100% vegetable 50 g dried banana 50 g organic raisins

50 g almonds 30 g chicory syrup 25 g hazelnuts 10 g cane sugar

Procedure:

  • chop the almonds, nuts and bananas in a blender, but only coarsely.
  • Heat the flour in a pan with the sugar and syrup, stir in the flakes and the remaining ingredients and fry briefly on a lower heat.
  • Lay a baking tray with baking paper, spread the mixture and put it in the oven at 160 °C.
  • After a while, stir the mixture and put it to bake again. Be careful not to burn the flakes, it’s then a matter of moments! Properly prepared muesli has a light brown colour. Let cool and transfer to a suitable container.
