Baked meatloaf stuffed with eggs
Cut from minced pork meat seasoned with garlic, onion, eggs, chopped parsley and spices, shaped, filled with hard-boiled eggs, baked in the oven until tender, covered with water.

1. Layer half of the mass on the mat, put the eggs in the strip, cover with the other half of the mass, form into a cylinder, around which you pour smooth flour and carefully roll the meatloaf in the flour, then transfer the leg to a well-greased baking dish
3. Pour 3-4 dcl of water or broth around the leg, cover with foil and bake at 180 °C for about 1 hour
4. After an hour uncover and bake for about 30 minutes
5. After baking, remove the meatloaf and add water or broth to the fat, boil and thicken gently with flour or salt
6. Serve with mashed potatoes and pour the resulting sauce.
Recommendation:
This baked meatloaf can also be served with various other thickened sauces or cold.
