Baked mashed potatoes with eggs

Potato mash with eggs baked with cheese, served with vegetable salad.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 600 g of peeled potatoes 100 g grated cheese 40 g butter 100 ml cream 12% 4 pcs eggs butter to grease the baking dish breadcrumbs to line the baking dish water salt

Procedure:

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water, then drain, mash and pour cream over them
2. Add the butter and mix the mash, spread it in a greased and floured baking dish, make 4 holes in it, crack an egg into each one, and salt it
