Baked lecho with minced meat

Simple rice arranged in layers in a baking dish together with Vegetable Recipes and minced meat, topped with fried onions covered with sour cream, baked until crispy.

Ingredients:

400 g of steamed and peeled tomatoes 300 g of minced meat 300 g of green peppers 300 g of yellow peppers 150 g rinsed and boiled rice 100 ml sour cream 3 tbsp sunflower oil 1 pk larger onion ground sweet pepper ground black pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Place the steamed and salted rice in boiling salted water with oil and simmer under a lid until tender
2. Place tomato slices, chopped peppers, a layer of soft rice and finally the minced meat in the bottom of a baking dish, salt each layer (except the rice) and sprinkle with ground pepper
3. Let the finely chopped onion fry in hot oil in a frying pan, sprinkle with ground red pepper, pour a ladle of hot water and sour cream, mix and pour into a baking dish

Serve fresh bread as a side dish.
