600 g Brussels sprouts to taste salt a little water 40 g butter 2 dl sour cream 3 pcs egg a little ground black pepper a little cumin a little breadcrumbs 40 g hard cheese
procedure
1. Put the washed florets in boiling water. Grease a baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place the cooked and drained florets in it. 2. Pour over the cream in which you have beaten the eggs and to which you have added pepper and caraway seeds. Sprinkle the top with grated cheese and bake. 3. Serve with mashed potatoes.
