Baked Hungarian Carp

Flavoured portions of carp baked together with bacon, boiled potatoes, tomatoes, onions and peppers.

Ingredients:

1 kg of headless carp 300 g boiled potatoes 100 g boiled potatoes bacon 40 g butter 40 g butter 2 pcs onions 2 pcs tomatoes 2 pcs green peppers 1 dl cream 2 tbsp smooth flour ground sweet paprika salt

Procedure:

1. Remove the skin from the carp, divide into portions, cut each portion several times on the surface, salt and sprinkle with ground paprika
2. Cut the bacon into slices, cut each slice several times on one side and place in the notches in the fish portions so that the cut side of the slices protrudes
3. Place the cooked, sliced potatoes in a buttered baking dish and place the carp portions on top
4. Lay the carp portions with peeled, sliced onions, sliced tomatoes and cleaned, sliced peppers
5. Drizzle with melted butter, put in the oven and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes, then pour the cream mixed with plain flour over everything and finish baking.
