procedure
1. Prepare the beef broth according to the instructions. Fry the garlic in the heated butter and dust with flour. Pour in a little water and stir. Pour in the remaining stock and cook over a low heat for 30 minutes to 1 hour. 2. Just before serving, add the beaten egg yolks and divide into bowls.
