Baked Herring with Onion Sauce

Stekt sill med loksas is the original name of this Swedish recipe.

Ingredients:

4 pcs of herring 2 pcs onions 3 dcl milk lemon juice smooth flour

td>breadcrumbs butter pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Remove the fish, fry the onion in the butter, dust it with flour, pour in the milk and let it simmer for a few minutes, season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice 3. Place the roasted herring on plates and pour the sauce over them.
