Baked hamburger recipe that includes sour cream
This baked hamburger recipe is one of my favorites! It’s so easy to make and always comes out tasting great. The key to making it taste delicious is to use good quality beef and to not overcook it. I also like to add a little bit of sour cream to the mix. This gives the burgers a nice, creamy texture and prevents them from drying out.
To make this recipe, you’ll need:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, sour cream, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and bread crumbs.
Form mixture into 4 burgers and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.
