Recipe originally from Malaysia for baked ham with bananas, sprinkled with coconut flour, flavored with sugar and lemon juice.

1. Place the ham slices in a baking dish with oil and heat slowly
2. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and add to the heated ham 3. Then add sugar, lemon juice, butter and sprinkle with coconut flour
4. Then place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 160 °C and bake for approximately 20 minutes
