Baked halibut in cream sauce with bok choy

400 g halibut 2 pcs bok choy pcs black pepper 3 tbsp parmesan (shaved and crushed) pcs olive oil
Dressing
250 ml sour cream 1 pk lemon pk black pepper 2 tsp dried onion

The combination of these flavours will conjure up a nice and fresh summer dinner. The preparation is very simple.
1.
First, prepare the dressing that will be used on the fish – mix all the ingredients together.

Place the salted bok choy in a baking dish.
3.
Add the halibut fish cut into smaller fillets.
4.
Season the fish and brush with the prepared dressing.
5.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese as well as shavings.
6.
Finally drizzle with olive oil.
7.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the fish is done (depending on the thickness of the fillet).
